Chicken Pot Pie
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups of cooked shredded chicken (I broil chicken breasts in the oven 15 minutes each side before shredding.)
- 2 cups of frozen classic veggies defrosted
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch
- 2 pie shells
- Pepper
- Paprika
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix all ingredients into a bowl then add to first pie crust
Place the second pie crust on top and pierce it with a knife several times
Cook in oven for 45 minutes
Tropical Yogurt
- 1/4 cup of pureed pineapple
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon of flax seed
