Chicken Pot Pie
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups of cooked shredded chicken (I broil chicken breasts in the oven 15 minutes each side before shredding.)
  • 2 cups of frozen classic veggies defrosted
  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch
  • 2 pie shells
  • Pepper
  • Paprika

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
    Mix all ingredients into a bowl then add to first pie crust
    Place the second pie crust on top and pierce it with a knife several times
    Cook in oven for 45 minutes





Tropical Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of pureed pineapple
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon of flax seed
Mix and serve chilled
