Pea and Ham Soup
  • 3 cups of chopped and precooked ham
  • 3 sticks of celery sliced
  • 3 carrots peeled and sliced
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 16oz bag of dry split peas
  • 6 cups of water

Wash and sort through split peas. Add all ingredients to a crock pot with 6 cups of water. Cook on high for 1 hour then on low for 8-10 hours. Stir several times a day. Serve chunky or blend with a blender. 

Peaches and Cream
  • 1 peach
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla yogurt
Puree or dice peaches, add yogurt and whip.
