Pea and Ham Soup
- 3 cups of chopped and precooked ham
- 3 sticks of celery sliced
- 3 carrots peeled and sliced
- 1 medium onion diced
- 16oz bag of dry split peas
- 6 cups of water
Wash and sort through split peas. Add all ingredients to a crock pot with 6 cups of water. Cook on high for 1 hour then on low for 8-10 hours. Stir several times a day. Serve chunky or blend with a blender.
Peaches and Cream
- 1 peach
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla yogurt
Puree or dice peaches, add yogurt and whip.
